In the tools your teams use
Essential provides answers from your documents. Connected adds listening in Slack and Microsoft Teams. Enterprise adds HRIS connectors and personalized answers, depending on the selected connector and permissions.
Answers, not decisions on your behalf
Talia cites documents and states when information is missing. Your policies and HR team remain the reference. Sensitive matters require a person; candidate experience is coming soon.

Security and confidentiality

How does Talia collect data?
With Essential, you share the survey internally yourself or display it as a popup on your careers site (quantitative data). With Connected, Talia asks the questions itself in Slack and Teams and collects quantitative and qualitative data.
How long does it take to get started?
The Essential tier can be used as soon as the account is open: you add your HR documents and share the survey. The Connected and Enterprise tiers require a connection to Slack, Teams or your HRIS, supported by our team.
Which tools does Talia integrate with?
Talia integrates with Slack and Microsoft Teams for employees, with your careers site for candidates and, on the Enterprise tier, with your HRIS for personalized answers.
How does Talia measure engagement?
Talia first asks for a 1 to 10 score on a specific factor, then explores it with a follow-up question. Results are grouped by theme and shown in anonymized, aggregated form.
Are Talia's conversations with candidates available?
Talia's conversations on the careers site are coming soon. The Essential tier popup survey is already available to collect candidate feedback.
